Contract Radar provides AI-assisted contract scanning and risk review. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.

## What We Process

- Contract text extracted from scanned pages
- App usage data needed to deliver ads and subscription status
- Support messages you choose to send

## How We Use Data

- To scan pages and extract text
- To send contract text to the configured AI provider, currently DeepSeek with SCNet as a fallback, for analysis after you explicitly consent in the app
- To store your analysis history on your device
- To display ads for free users
- To verify subscription entitlements through Apple

## Advertising

Contract Radar uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads for free users. Before personalized ads are requested, the app may show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can deny tracking and still use scanning, OCR, subscriptions, and AI analysis.

## Data Storage

- Analysis history is stored locally on your device
- Contract text is sent to the configured AI provider only when you request AI analysis and explicitly agree to the in-app disclosure shown before the request
- We do not sell personal data

## Your Choices

- You can review the in-app AI disclosure before any cloud AI analysis starts
- You can withdraw cloud AI consent in Settings for future requests
- You can delete local analysis history in the app
- You can remove all local app data by deleting the app
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings
