# EaseBloom Privacy Policy

EaseBloom is a stress relief and emotional support app that uses AI-generated responses. This Privacy Policy explains what data may be processed when you use the app.

## 1. Information We Process

### a. Chat Content and Mood Data

Before you send your first AI message, the app presents an in-app disclosure screen and asks for your permission. If you consent, the following content may be sent to DeepSeek, our third-party AI provider, to generate supportive responses:

- the message you type into the chat
- your most recent mood check-in (mood label, intensity, energy, and optional note)

This content is used only to generate the response you see in the conversation. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or training.

Mood check-ins and journal entries are stored on your device by default. They are only sent to DeepSeek when you send them through AI chat. You can withdraw consent at any time from Profile > Privacy & Trust; the app will ask again before the next AI message.

Please do not enter highly sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, bank account details, passwords, medical records, or confidential business information into AI chat.

### b. Subscription and Purchase Data

Purchases and subscription status are handled through Apple. We do not receive your full payment card information.

### c. Data We Do Not Collect

EaseBloom does not contain advertising SDKs. We do not collect device identifiers for advertising, precise location, contacts, photos, or health records beyond the mood and journal entries you choose to store on your own device.

## 2. Data Retention

Chat messages are stored on your device. If you turn off "Save transcripts" in chat settings, the conversation is cleared when you leave the chat screen. We do not operate a server that stores your chat history.

## 3. Your Choices

- Withdraw AI consent: Profile > Privacy & Trust
- Clear the current conversation: use the clear button in the chat screen
- Delete the app to remove all locally stored mood, journal, and chat data

## 4. Children

EaseBloom is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

## 5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the app release notes.
